“Ferguson” refers to Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. To apply an applicant must have a  “qualifying” Ferguson parent who is employed full-time (a minimum of 30 hours per week) with at least two full years of consecutive service as of the application deadline date (03/31/2025). Special Note: Children of Ferguson officers, directors, headquarters department heads, and general managers are NOT eligible.
